Swish offers Swedes the best user experience in 2016

11/4/2016 Happy news! During the inUse Award October 20, Swish won the prize "Best user experience."

The jury motivated its decision as follows:

Swishing has understandably become a part of Sweden's infrastructure – as well as part of the Swedish language. Swish solves a number of small day-to-day inconveniences and as such has made life easier, more fun and more efficient for a broad public."

The nominees were Hygglo, Dramatify, the Swedish Police Authority's multiple inquiry app, Touchtech Vendo, SJ's new mobile app, Dreams, Vodeville, Kry, Swish and Försäkringskassan's child support calculator

inUse Award is a different design prize, onethat focuses on presenting good examples of usability and overall experience rather than just appearance. The company inUse established the award in order to highlight Swedish solutions that make everyday life easier and more fun for users.

The Swish service is a collaboration between Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Länsförsäkringar Bank, Nordea, Skandia, SEB and Swedbank, with Bankgirot as the platform provider.

The platform, Payments in Real Time, is a payment system that creates opportunities to handle large numbers of payment flows in real time and thereby offers different ways to optimise existing and create new payment solutions.
