1/18/2016 Bankgirot evaluated its business in 2015 and, as part of a strategic realignment of our core business, we will no longer offer the service Bg Scanning Solution.
“We want our decision to affect our customers as little as possible”, says Thomas Lindvall, Senior Product Manager for Scanning Solutions since 1 January this year.
“We will therefore offer them the opportunity to receive scanned invoices from one of our two sub-contractors."
Bankgirot’s sub-contractors, BancTec and CGI, both have extensive experience of scanning, interpretation and verification of invoices. The transfer of the agreement will mean that customers will have a direct contractual relationship with a supplier that specialises in scanning.
“Our customers will have the same contractual conditions as today, but with one of our sub-contractors,” says Thomas Lindvall.
Those of Bankgirot’s customers who accept will transfer to the new contractor from 1 April 2016.
