Ann Hellenius new CIO at Bankgirot

12/11/2017 Ann Hellenius joins Bankgirot’s management team that continues to digitize the Swedish payment market. Prior to Bankgirot Hellenius has been with Stockholm Stad as CIO.

Ann Hellenius, appointed to the European CIO of the Year 2016, has, in her capacity at Stockholm Stad, created a clear overall long-term strategy for both IT and business. At the same time, she’s been acknowledged for her foresight in the digitization of the city of Stockholm, which quickly has given efficiency and practical benefit in the everyday lives of Stockholm citizens. Ann is an experienced CIO and leader in change. She will step right into Bankgirot’s ongoing transition in taking real-time payments to the next level.
