5/10/2016 This is an instruction to you at the bank showing who to contact with transaction queries regarding a transaction’s BGC-serial number.
BGC serial number
The data has been produced for the purpose of making it easier for you at the bank when producing sender information.
Every processed transaction is given a unique transaction serial number called a BGC serial number/slip serial number. The numbers contain 12 digits.

Bankgirot is not always able to produce sender information:
